New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Meridian Windows and Doors San Jose pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the San Jose Team Behind Meridian Windows and Doors San Jose
When you call Meridian Windows and Doors San Jose, you get a person. When a crew shows up at your house, you get people who have worked together long enough to know what the other one is thinking. We’re part of the Garrison Partners family, which means we operate independently here in San Jose but hold ourselves to The Garrison Standard on every job, no exceptions. Our installers are background-checked, uniformed, and trained across eight manufacturer lines including PGT, CGI, and Therma-Tru. Most importantly, they’re the same faces from first measurement to final walkthrough.
The team is led by Elliot Vance, Owner and Lead Installer. Elliot has been installing windows and doors long enough to have a strong opinion about flashing tape, and he’ll tell you about it if you ask. He writes every estimate himself and stands behind the 365-Day Done Right Promise on every job in San Jose, from Willow Glen to Evergreen.
Our People
Elliot Vance, Owner & Lead Installer
Elliot started Meridian Windows and Doors San Jose because he got tired of watching crews rush through the details that actually matter. He’s the guy who will spend an extra twenty minutes shimming a patio door so it closes with one finger, and he won’t charge you for it because that’s the job. He’s certified to install and replace products from all eight of our manufacturer lines, and he personally handles the final inspection on every project before we call it done. His favorite job is a full-house window replacement in an older Almaden Valley home, where the difference between the original single-pane aluminum and a modern low-E unit is dramatic enough to measure. Outside of work, Elliot coaches a youth soccer team and is unreasonably good at remembering the names of every homeowner he’s worked with since 2009.
Marcus R., Senior Installer
Marcus runs lead on most patio door installations in San Jose, and there isn’t a sliding door track he hasn’t seen fail in some creative way. He’s been with Meridian for seven years and holds manufacturer installation certifications from PGT and ViewLux. Marcus is the one who walks the job site with you before anything gets ordered, pointing out things like how afternoon sun hits your west-facing windows and why that matters for glass selection. He’s known on the team for keeping a small notebook where he writes down every measurement twice, and for bringing homemade salsa to the shop on Fridays. When a homeowner in Rose Garden asks whether they should go with a French door or a sliding unit, Marcus gives a straight answer with real tradeoffs, not a sales pitch.
Daniela T., Service Coordinator
Daniela is the voice you’ll hear when you call (669) 201-3739. She has run scheduling for Meridian Windows and Doors San Jose for five years and keeps track of every open job, every permit status, and every follow-up visit. Daniela is a certified product specialist for ECO Window Systems and ES Windows, which means she can walk you through glass packages and frame finishes over the phone without putting you on hold to find a brochure. She writes the written price quotes before any work begins, and she is the reason that number does not move at the door. Daniela lives in Japantown and has a deep dislike for voicemail loops, which works out well because our phones are answered by a live person 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Anthony B., Installer & Apprentice
Anthony has been with Meridian Windows and Doors San Jose for two years, working through a structured apprenticeship track that includes manufacturer training from CGI and Mr-Glass. He handles tear-out and site prep on most jobs, and he’s developed a reputation for leaving a work area cleaner than he found it, which matters when you’re removing a 40-year-old sliding door from a Campbell home. Anthony is also the guy who runs back to the shop when a job needs an extra pack of shims or a different length of flashing, and he does it without complaining. He grew up in San Jose, knows the city block by block, and is currently restoring a 1960s Vespa that he insists will run by summer.
One Standard, Every Job
Every member of this team works to The Garrison Standard, which has been the operating principle since 2009. In practice, that means a few things that don’t change from job to job. The written price goes on paper before any work starts, and it does not move at the door. Every installation and repair is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing, no fine print about labor exclusions. If the work fails within that first year, we come back at no charge, and a second visit to make it right is always free. The crews show up background-checked and in uniform, so you know exactly who is walking through your door in San Jose. And when you call, a live person answers, whether it’s Daniela on a Tuesday afternoon or someone else on the desk at 2 a.m. The standard is the thing you measure everything against. That’s what the name means, and that’s how we run every install.
